Post:-SM / ASM - Agency Channel
Location:- Mumbai,Kolhapur,Solapur,Latur ,Ratnagiri & Nagpur.
Salary:- ₹2.5 Lac to ₹3.9 Lac Annually
PF,ESIC,Mobile & Travel Reimbursements.
Shift Timings:- 9:30 pm - 6:30 pm
6 Days Working.
Off Days: SUN
Note:-Last Saturdays are working
Selection Criteria:-
1)Graduation degree mandatory
2)Minimum 1 yr of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory.
3)Candidates from Star Allied are not eligible
4)Candidates with experience into sales from Life / General / Health Insurance companies
5)25 - 35 yrs only can apply.
6)Good English & Hindi skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write.
Documents:- Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Salary slipsPhotos, Joining and Relieving Letters & Marksheets and Degree.

#Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents.
#Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents.
#Ensuring agent productivity and activation.
#Training and agent life cycle management.
#Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction.
#Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM / ASM.
