Selection Criteria:-
1)Graduation degree mandatory
2)BE/Btech/ ME/MTech, BCA/MCA
3)4 yrs to 8 yrs of experience mandatory
4)Experience in VBA & SQL Skills
5)Strong experience in Macros
6)MIS Automation, high stress on automation here
7)Clear Understanding of PMO
8)Hands-on Plainview and Oracle tools
9)Hands on experience in creating VBA macros for automated reports in MS-Excel. (10 % of the Work stack)

Job Description:-
#Support the Programme/Project Management in the implementation of agreed regular progress-reporting mechanisms for all projects and thereby monitor routine progress of projects, and assist the Programme/ Project Manager in the preparation of the programme status/ project highlights reports.
#Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the requirement is clearly understood and work towards satisfying the agreed objective
#Worked within the PMO framework to ensure program health check and project governance through the implementation of tools (like Plainview, Jira, Oracle time and labour etc)
#Interface and coordinate with Project / Programme Managers to ensure that the desired objectives are met.
#Adhering to Standards & Processes and delivering the requirements with respect to Governance Processes, P3M framework
#Facilitate the creation and update of programme or project plans as required by the Programme/ Project Manager.
#Support and maintain record management processing line with standard guidelines
#Provides secretariat activities including meeting minutes, input papers to the meetings, ToRs of the meeting and communications to stakeholders.
#Ensures and drives quality assurance activities for various project deliverables, maintains project repositories (SharePoint, Share Drive & Central team mailbox) and ensures compliance to established processes.
