Selection Criteria:-
1)Graduation & above
2)(1-3)Yr.
3)Female Preferred.
4)Rotational shift and each candidate should be comfortable for all shifts including late evening and night shifts.

Job Role & Responsibilities:-
1)Training new joiners on Insurance domain
2)Training new joiners on ERP and MS-Excel
3)Publishing daily training reports to stakeholders
4)Review standard process documents (DTP)
5)Ensuring that all KPIs and SLAs are met
6)Conducting monthly process knowledge test for respective process
6)Creating training material for new ventures รข�¢ Performing Training Need Analysis.
