Selection Criteria:-
1)Below 10th allowed
2)Fluent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak, Write & Read
3)Telecalling n understanding of loan process should be good.ly
4)Experienced candidates should bring the Documents of work experience and payslips will be compulsory.
Job Description:-
~Loan selling and cross-selling other financial products such as Personal Loan.
~Managing the day to day relationship with loan seeking customers.
~Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Cross-selling.
~Answering questions about loan and financial products or the company.
~Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
