1)Recruitment & Induction ( Across functions: Tech hiring, Product hiring, Digital marketing hire etc )

3)Maintaining Employee personal files and Master Database
4)Driving Employee Engagement activities
5)Monitoring employee attendance thereby instituting measure for reducing absenteeism
6)Coordinating with respective stakeholders for timely completion of performance appraisals on time and support the appraisal process for all functions.
