#We are seeking for candidates having excellent written and verbal communication with knowledge in SQL, LINUX, Windows Operating System and international voice process experience.
Shift Timings
1:30 pm - 10:30 pm (day shift) | for Male Candidates only
12:30 pm - 9:30 pm (day shift) | for Male Candidates only
1:30 pm - 10:30 pm (day shift) | for Male Candidates only

Role:-
1)Provide technical support on application and related services provided by the employer.
2)Handling inbound and outbound calls related to application.
3)Handling Account management, with regular follow-up with clients.
4)Communicate with customers on call and email.
5)Troubleshoot issues related to an application over the call or via email.
