Information technology (IT)

Annual Salary:- 1.9 - 3.5 lacs INR
Selection Criteria:-
1)Graduate 
2)Excellent communication skills and relevant BPO Experience
3)6 month to 1 yrs exp exp
4)Functional Knowledge of CRM Solution & MS Excel, and Domain Knowledge of Customer Service
5)Typing speed is crucial (Speed 30 words per minute 95% accuracy)
Job Role:-
1)Understand Client Policies and Guidelines
2)Interact with customers via chat and address issues
3) Help customers with new updates and offers & Resolve queries related to sim cards, network, bills issues
4)Maintain customer records by updating account information...
Shift Time: 24/7 shifts( starting at 5:30 PM and 1 AM).
There is also a Morning shift but the frequency is once in 3 months Week Off:
Any 2 days Off (Split-Off)
