Annual Salary:- 1.9 - 3.5 lacs INR

Selection Criteria:-
1)Graduate/under Graduate 
2)Excellent communication skills and relevant BPO Experience
3)6 month to 1 yrs exp exp
4)Functional Knowledge of CRM Solution & MS Excel, and Domain Knowledge of Customer Service
5)Typing speed is crucial (Speed 30 words per minute 95% accuracy)

Job Role:-
1)o place outbound calls to customers in line with company guidelines
2)Receive inbound calls ensuring incidents are logged correctly.
3) To utilise up-sell opportunities in achieving upsell targets for the team.
4)Manage and resolve all written customer communication presented by your team leader
5)Ensure all security checks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring the risk of fraud is minimised
Shift Time: 24/7 shifts( starting at 5:30 PM and 1 AM).
There is also a Morning shift but the frequency is once in 3 months Week Off:
Any 2 days Off (Split-Off)
