Sourcing Head - Indore
Experience: 3-15 Yr.Annual Salary: 12 - 14 lacs INR
Requisite:
►The person should be from modern trade background (should have worked retail company in Bigbazaar/ Easy day / Spensers/ More.
►Should be graduate and MBA will be a plus point but it’s not a deal breaker.
►Effective communication skill and good hold on vernacular language.
►The good, deep routed and strong relationship with Consumer product companies.
►Candidates working in Local online grocery company like Grofers / Bigbaskets etc will be a plus point.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a Sourcing Head, candidate will be responsible for handling the company end to end sourcing operations at State level managing 5 cities.
2. Manage the company's supply line by engaging with key personnel in FMCG companies & their associates (C&FA etc) to source the product portfolio.
3. Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
4. Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
5. Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals.
6. Key Requirement Candidate should have worked on B2B platform , have sourcing experience in Modern trade companies like Big Basket, Metro, Grofer, Easy Day or From Modern Trade department of an FMCG company
