Operations Head - Indore 


Experience: 5-15 Yr.
Annual Salary: 1200000-1400000 INR

Education:-

Candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate
Certification in Warehouse Mgmt would be an added advantage.

Experience:-

►Should have working experience in managing a warehouse in Logistic Co, E-►Commerce Logistic Co or in a Co-Owned Warehouse.
►Management of product in warehouse
►Understanding of the warehouse management and standard procedure.
►Managing the complete operation activities.
►Person can be working in any warehouse (not industry specific)
►Graduate with relevant exp or with core exp in logistics will be considering.
►Must have Exp in Managing a large warehouse with multiple categories of products.
►Any company which deals in managing warehouse for their day to day business.
►The Operations Head will be responsible for day to day operations of the warehouse, which stores the products received from the FMCG/ consumer product company.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
2- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and maintenance operation.
3- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
4- Adhere to all warehousing, handling incoming stock/material.
5- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
6- Liaise with, suppliers and transport companies
7- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
8- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
9- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
