Urgently Required: Business Development Manager Field sales - Malaysia
Job Type: Full Time
DESCRIPTION
Role : Business Development Manager- Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, add and manage new clients
2. Manage and Grow Existing Accounts
3. Identify & analyze the clients requirements thoroughly by mapping the company structure/ buying pattern/opportunity
4. Propose apt solutions based on client requirement for talent acquisition
5. Selling Monsters recruitment solutions to clients
6. Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on value based selling
7. Maintain relationship with senior management in the client organizations to create opportunities for repeat business
8. Need based support on collections and accounts receivables
Key Competencies:
1. Passion: The candidate should have the passion for Sales (retention & acquisition) and quest to achieve numbers
2. Consistency: The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales/business goals for at least last 2-3 years.
3. Interpersonal skills: Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gel with people
Eligibility:
1. Must be a consistent performer
2. Hands on experience working with Big Corporate/ Enterprise accounts for at least 2 years
3. Must be passionate to work on acquisition portfolio
4. Must have good communication & presentation skills requisite for field sales
EXPERIENCE: (3-8)Yr.

Annual Salary: USD 15000-17000
