Position: People Operations Business Partner - Gurgaon

Exp: 4-6 Yrs.
Annual Salary: 15 L-18 L INR.
Sourcing guidelines for suppliers :
1. Looking for purely HR business partner profiles and NOT HR Operations.
2. Strong preference for candidates who have completed MBA (full time) from premier institutes.
3. Experience - 4+ years.
4. Candidates who are at a current salary range of less than 10 Lakh per annum are not applicable.
Salary Range: If from premiere institute then we can look at 2 plus years of relevant experience as well.
Budget: 15 Lakhs. In case candidate is from a premiere MBA school, can stretch up to 18 to 20L.

Role:
As a People Operations Business Partner, you are the custodian for the implementation of People Strategy for your business unit(s) and its link to business outcomes. You will be the first point of contact for employees in People Operations for employees within your business unit(s). You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Management teams within People Operations to support the objectives of your business unit(s).
Responsibilities:
a. Understand the employers business, products, and overall objectives and ensure alignment of priorities of the People Strategy with these
b .Partner proactively with leaders on org structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
c. Support the managers and leaders in helping the teams be successful in current context but also in preparing for future challenges and growth
d. Feedback and support in successful implementation of People Operations activities across employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance management, competency mapping and career progression, business travel and expense management, and employee grievances resolution
e. Be a trusted advisor for the employees, managers and people operations by adhering to confidentiality and integrity at all times
f. Be accountable for metrics such as performance, attrition, collaboration and similar metrics
g. Be the cultural ambassador for the teams, and support in culture fit interviews during talent acquisition as well
h. Work with Talent Development team for charting out training and development program for the business unit(s)
Requirements:
1.Graduate with 4+ years of relevant work experience as Business Partner
2. Experience in managing at least 50-employee business units in a Business Partner role Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
3. Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure.
