Position: Quality Analyst

Selection Criteria:

1)The applicant should be minimum graduate.
2) Must have very good communication skills.
3) Should have good knowledge of generating reports and different tools like CMS, NPS, ORM.
4)  Excellent English proficiency with very good Communication, comprehension and writing skills
5) Should be Certified BPO Quality Analyst or any quality related qualification.

Job Description:

► Monitoring Calls, Chats and Emails
► To conduct regular Feedback sessions for Agents.
► Assistance for continual improvement.
► Evaluation program to measure the extent of performance and organizational metrics.
► Training and coaching of new joiners.
► Generating daily, weekly & monthly Quality Reports
► Create SOP for all processed with flow chart.
► To manage CMS - Complaint Management System.
► To manage NPS, Net Promotor Score.
► To manage ORM Online Reputation Management.
